Common questions

FAQ

One chemical = one distinct product formulation you track across your site(s). Not one drum, not one tank, not one SKU size.

Counts as 1 chemical:

  • Presoak — tracked across 3 bays and 2 sites → 1
  • Triple Foam in 5-gal and 55-gal drums → 1
  • Rain-X spot-free rinse aid → 1

Counts as separate chemicals:

  • Presoak (acid) and Presoak (alkaline) → 2
  • Pink Foam and Blue Foam as distinct formulations → 2
  • Summer wax and Winter wax if tracked separately → 2

A typical in-bay automatic (IBA) runs 6–10 chemicals. A typical tunnel runs 10–18. Count once per product, even if it's used across every bay you own.

Each side pays for their own plan. Operators subscribe to SCM directly with TrueLevel — one customer, one bill, one owner. Distributors pay one flat platform fee for FCM to run their own field operations.

TrueLevel has two plans for two different customer types. Operators get SCM (Site Chemical Management) — chemical tracking, multi-site reporting, cost-per-car analytics, and the ability to invite distributors for free logging access. Distributors get FCM (Full Chemical Management) — everything SCM offers, plus sales orders, quoting, prospects, CRM, map view, and multi-org management.

Operators on SCM are billed for each active chemical across all sites — add a chemical, your quantity goes up by one. Distributors on FCM pay a flat $199/mo regardless of site count — add unlimited sites. Seats beyond the included 5 are $20/mo each. No manual plan changes required.

Yes. 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Full feature access. Cancel anytime.

Pay for 10 months, get 12. That's approximately 17% savings on the yearly total. Annual prepay applies to SCM; FCM is billed monthly. Monthly billing is also available on SCM if you prefer flexibility.

Why TrueLevel

Why flat pricing?

Per-user pricing punishes operators for growing their team. Operators pay per chemical with unlimited users — add as many as you want. Distributors pay one flat platform fee with unlimited sites.

What if I only have 1–2 sites?

That's exactly who this was built for. Most operators start with a handful of sites and no system at all. TrueLevel gives you the visibility a 50-site chain has — at a price that makes sense for your size.

Do I need hardware or sensors?

No. TrueLevel works with manual entry — your team logs levels from their phone during routine checks. Sensor integration is on the roadmap, but you don't need to wait for it. The value is in the data and the visibility, not the hardware.

How is this different from my POS analytics?

Your POS tracks cars washed and revenue. It doesn't track what's in your tanks, how fast you're burning through product, or when to reorder. TrueLevel fills that gap.

Can my distributor see my data?

Only if you invite them. You control who sees what. When both sides share data, orders get smarter and emergency calls disappear — but it's always your choice.
